Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Boise, ID)

Redstone Ashton Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Boise presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
