Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Austin, TX)

Lumen Juniper Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Prepare reports on permits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
