Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Austin, TX)

Northwind Pine Community Partners runs community programmes across Austin, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
