Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Austin, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
