Fernwood Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Atlanta design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
