Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Transit Planning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
