Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Drift Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
