Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Wilder Property Management is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
