Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Kestrel Community Partners is a Albuquerque charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
