Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Cobalt Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
