Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Yarrow Foods produces packaged foods at its St. Louis plant. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
