Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ridge Auto Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
