Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Bridge Foods is a Seattle food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
