Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
