Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
