Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Ivory Foods produces packaged foods at its San Antonio plant. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
