Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Sable Manufacturing is a Rochester manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
