Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Rook Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Rochester plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
