Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Reno region. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
