Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Kestrel Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 528 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
