Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
