Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Ironwood Amber Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
