Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Bright Amber Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Philadelphia plant. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
