Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Pine Manufacturing and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
