Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Greenridge Vale Manufacturing is a Savannah manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 766 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
