Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Bright Field Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
