Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Stonegate Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in San Jose producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
