Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Amberfield River Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Madison plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
