Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Greenridge Maple Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Philadelphia plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
