Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Manufacturing and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
