Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Rivermark Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
