Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Nova Amber Press is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
