Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Ironwood Ember Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
