Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Granite Press Partners and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
