Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Silverline Meadow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Fresno, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
