Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Haven Auto Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
