Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Ironwood Ember Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
