Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Greenridge North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Seattle, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
