Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Highbridge River Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Portland, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
