Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Lumen Fox Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Dallas, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
