Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Bright Haven Pharma Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
