Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Silverline Glen Foods Group is a Memphis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
