Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Bluepeak Lantern Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
