Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Rivermark Field Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
