Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Rochester, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
