Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Beacon Press Partners produces print and digital publications in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 380 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
