Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Maple Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
