Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Iron Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Oklahoma City producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
