Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Thistle Press and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
