Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Ember Medical is a Milwaukee company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
